Diploma in Hospitality Management

The Diploma in Hospitality Management is OSAC’s very own programme that is specially designed for new entrants into the industry or for learners who are keen to achieve the necessary academic qualifications for further studies.

The programme is ideal for learners who are new to the hospitality industry, as well as to working professionals with prior working or study experience who have an interest to upgrade their knowledge for better work prospects or further education.

The Diploma in Hospitality Management offers 8 modules:

Customer Relationship Management

Principles of Marketing

Food Safety and Health

Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism

Room Division Operations and Supervision

Food and Beverage Management

Principles of Quantitative Methods

Supervised Industry Practice

Entry Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications for Local Applicants
At least 16 years old
2 GCE N-Level passes or equivalent, including English and any other subject

Minimum Qualifications for International Applicants
At least 16 years old
10 years qualification or equivalent, with a pass in English and any one other subject
IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent

The Diploma programme is offered on full time basis.

The course duration for a full time study mode is 6 months
Classes take place Mondays to Fridays for 3 hours each day.

Assessment is via written assignments for all modules

To ensure that you receive an award, you must:

  • Complete and pass all assignments, tests, exams and/or practical assessments
  • Students will need to achieve a 90% attendance for the entire programme.

You will receive the Diploma in Hospitality Management
awarded by OSAC International College when you complete your studies.
