Application Procedure for International Student


Step 1: Self-check admission eligibility

Ensure that you have met the admission requirements for the programme that you interested in. Please refer to Admission Requirements before you proceed for the Application.

Step 2: Fill up all forms below

International Student Application Form

Step 3: Provide the following documents

1 passport –size photographs with white background
1 copy of valid passport (at least 1 year validity)
1 copy of birth certificate
Notarized/ Certified true copies of all your educational transcripts and completion certificates
Proof of English proficiency ; either IELTS/TOEFL score-sheet or a letter from your latest institution certifying that the medium of instruction was conducted in English
Employment letter certifying period of employment (for postgraduate applicants only)
Bank balance to show minimum of S$ 30,000.00 for students from visa-required countries (China, India, Myanmar, etc)
Application fee of S$214.00 (non-transferable and non-refundable)

• *All documents may either be original documents, if documents are not in English, official translations must be included.
• Please ensure that all documents required reach us at least 2 months before the programme commencement.

Step 4: Evaluation and acceptance

Upon receipt of your documents including proof of application fee payment, you will be notified of the outcome within seven (7) working days. Successful applicants will receive a letter of acceptance and student contract.


Step 5: Offer Acceptance

If you decide to accept the offer, you will need to sign the letter of acceptance and return to us via e-mail (admission@osac.edu.sg).


Step 6: Application of Student Pass

Upon receipt of your signed Letter of Acceptance, we will submit your Student’s Pass application via SOLAR+ to Singapore Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA). You will be notified of the outcome within 4-5 weeks.


Step 7: Payment of Programme Fees

Once your Student Pass application is approved-in-principle by ICA, you will need to sign the student contract and thereafter to proceed with the course fee payment. Do contact Admission Staff@ +65 6732 5077/ email: admission@osac.edu.sg if you require other services such as hostel arrangement.
